There are currently two ways to be kept up to date to new additions and site-updates:

1) Bookmark the Latest images page and check it out once a week or so.
2) Subscribe to the rss feed for all the larger images over 50 megapixels, with another rss feed for the smaller images coming soon.

You may also wish to support the site by joining the facebook group for the site
